"I won't let you hurt us ever again, Sasuke..."
The odd jutsu she was using on him was starting to take it's toll; he could feel his heart and lungs beginning to shut down. Just as she reached up to kiss him one last time he took the kunai that had originally been for Naruto and stabbed her in the gut. Even as blood leaked out the corner of her mouth she still kissed him, but weakly. He took no notice to the warmth of her lips or the plea of her heart that was crying out to him, instead he could only feel the dull pain lacing through his body.
The great Sasuke Uchiha had died by the hands of Sakura Haruno.
"You always have to get in the way, don't you Sakura?"
They both sunk to their knees, the kunai still gripped tightly by the Uchiha and still stuck in her abdomen and at the same time she still had her jutsu spreading throughout his body, killing him from the inside.
"Never Again..." She whispered, delierious in pain, tears falling slolwy down her cheek and catching the last rays of sunlight.
"I heard you the first time..."
Not known why to even him, he used the rest of his strength to lean forwards and press another kiss on her bloodied lips, then they both fell to the side, to meet nothing but darkness.

I came up with this idea when I was listening to the song 'Never Too Late' by three days grace... I almost cried when I was watching it in my head...

The basic storyline was that it's the final battle and Naruto and Sasuke are just about to hit eachother with the Risengan and Chidori when Sakura dives in the way and absorbes the attacks. Blowing Naruto back and knocking him into a state of paralysis and then throwing Sasuke back a few feet as well. She falls to the ground because she has completely used all of her strength to do that, and then Sasuke stares down at her angrilly.
Before Naruto can recover Sakura catches Sasuke off guard and hits him with that jutsu *points above to pic* And then the little excerpt up there explains the rest...

The photoshopping took about four hours with well over 15 layers...
So yeah... I think it's really bitter sweet... I hope neither of them die in the end... but if they do i think I'd perfure it in this way...
And Sasuke is in character... Wow, ne?
